We recognise that being a trustee is a voluntary commitment that needs to fit alongside other responsibilities.
Our Board meets quarterly:
Three meetings each year are held online, normally on a weekday evening, and last approximately two hours.
One in-person Trustee Away Day is held each year, normally in London in January.
In addition to attending Board meetings, we ask trustees to contribute a minimum of two additional days of support each year. This can be arranged flexibly around your availability and the needs of the organisation.
If you have additional time or expertise to offer, we'd warmly welcome that too.
Trustees are unpaid volunteers, but reasonable expenses incurred while carrying out trustee responsibilities can be reimbursed in line with our budgeted guidelines.
Trustees are expected to serve for at least 1 term of 2 years.
