Train to be a Christian Peacemaker

CHIPS stands for Christian International Peace Service which is an organisation working for peace and reconciliation in areas of conflict and tension. Since its formation 1964 CHIPS has been active throughout the world. There are currently vacancies for four people to follow an initial training course in making peace of 18 months in Oxfordshire. This is due to commence in October 2012 and will be followed by 3 years active mission in countries such as Ghana and Uganda. Click here for More information.

Our newsletter suggests topics for prayer for CHIPS and we also send out a bi-monthly prayer bulletin by e-mail. If you would like to receive either/both of these please contact the CHIPS office.

If you’d like to give money to CHIPS please download a printable form (which has options for one-off or regular giving), fill it out and then send it to us at the CHIPS office.

If you are a UK taxpayer please consider completing the Gift Aid declaration on the form to enable us to claim an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue for every pound you give.
